A Fresh Breeze At The nordmedia Talk on Tour

There are plenty stories taking place at the coast. Thanks to North Sea Screen Partners member nordmedia's various activities, a lot of filmmakers can realize their projects in the North Sea region. The "nordmedia talk on tour" took place at the International Filmfest Emden-Norderney. The moderator, Jochen Coldewey gathered interesting guests on the panel: Silke Santjer, director of the Filmfest Emden-Norderney, gave a glimpse about this year´s festival program; Ralph Christians (Molten Rock, Bremen) reported on his North German Film ideas and projects; and Hans-Erich Viet and Edzard Wagenaar read out from their new script WASSER MARSCH, a fire brigade comedy set in East Friesland.

Tanja Langenickel presented nordmedia´s successful work in North Sea Screen Partners and pointed out some recent activities of the network. Elmar Bartlmae (Leonardofilm, Oldenburg) specializes in documentaries and presented his project KILLERALGEN. Also fast action movies can be shot at the coast of Lower Saxony: Gesche Carstens could support the production company dreamtool by providing locations, filming permits and team members for BERMUDA- DREIECK NORDSEE, an RTL event movie which will be broadcasted soon.
